Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full agency support provided)
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date

Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in agency growth by developing customer relationships, conducting policy reviews, identifying coverage opportunities, and assisting with service-related needs. This position combines sales production with customer care, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and helping customers solve problems.
Success in this role is measured by production, customer experience, retention, and contribution to overall agency growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support retention and referrals
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage or products
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
Assist customers with account questions, policy updates, billing concerns, and general service needs
Support both warm and prospective leads through consultative, needs-based conversations
Provide timely and professional follow-up to customers and prospects
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within agency systems
Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and deliver a positive customer experience
Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Sales-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence leading sales conversations while also providing excellent customer service
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Prior insurance, sales, account management, or customer service experience preferred
Leadership mentality and team-oriented attitude
Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
